1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and supply of our ready-to-wear, made-to-order, and made-to-measure garments. They form the agreement between Twelve19styles Limited (“Twelve19styles”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the customer (“you” or “your”).

1.2 By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1.3 We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect once published on our website. Continued use of our site signifies your agreement to any updated Terms.

2. READY-TO-WEAR

2.1 Ordering

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or exchange.

  • You are responsible for providing and updating a valid email address.

2.2 Delivery

  • Standard delivery for orders within the UK and Nigeria is free.

  • We aim to dispatch within 14 days of order confirmation.

  • International deliveries will incur additional shipping and customs fees.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

2.3 Cancellations

You may cancel a ready-to-wear order before it is dispatched. Contact info@twelve19styles.com immediately. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.

2.4 Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in saleable condition.

  • Sale items are final and non-returnable.

  • You must contact us first to obtain a return form and shipping instructions.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for items lost in transit. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we inspect and approve the return.

3. MADE-TO-MEASURE & MADE-TO-ORDER

3.1 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

3.2 Craftsmanship & Variations

Due to the nature of tailoring, slight variations in colour, fabric finish, and pattern may occur. We aim to match your confirmed order specifications as closely as possible.

A tolerance of up to ±2 inches on measurement specifications is acceptable. Garments falling outside this range will be altered at no extra cost.

3.3 Defects

If you believe your custom garment is faulty, contact us and return the item for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

We are not liable for issues caused by failure to follow garment care instructions.

3.4 Measurements

Garments are created based on the measurements you provide or those taken at your appointment. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from weight change or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3.5 Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. For multi-garment orders, this starts with the first piece.

Order changes must be requested within 24 hours of confirmation and are subject to approval. We are not obligated to accept changes or cancellations after production has commenced.

3.6 Returns Policy (Custom Orders)

Made-to-measure and made-to-order garments are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless proven faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for defective garments will be issued less any shipping or payment processing costs.

3.7 Delivery Timeline

Typical turnaround is 6–8 weeks. Delays may occur due to fabric availability or other uncontrollable factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or customer unavailability.

4. PRODUCT COLOURS

We aim to accurately display the colour and details of all products, but variations may occur based on your device’s screen settings.

5. PROMOTIONAL CODES

  • Valid only when issued by Twelve19styles via our website or official social channels.

  • Non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash.

  • One code per customer.

  • Refunds reflect the amount paid after discounts, not the full retail value.

6. GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • If an order total is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance can be used on future purchases.

7. SEVERABILITY

If any section of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By using this website and purchasing from Twelve19styles, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
